An adhesive label depends on the bond between its adhesive and the bottle surface. Moisture, grease, detergent, heat, handling, application, and bottle material can all affect that bond.
A silicone bottle band uses a different mechanism. It stretches around the bottle’s outside diameter and grips by tension. There is no adhesive edge to lift and no adhesive residue from the band.
Dishwasher safe is not a cycle-life promise
Kitchen Bandits bands are dishwasher safe at commercial temperatures. The food-grade, BPA-free silicone is also heat-safe to 450°F / 232°C. Those are separate product facts.
Kitchen Bandits does not publish a numbered wash-cycle life, promise unchanged color, or use the heat rating as proof of dishwasher longevity. Those claims require product-specific evidence that is not currently in the claims authority.
Use the right system for the job
An adhesive label may suit a fixed surface and fixed message. A tension-fit band suits a bottle whose identifying text changes while the band remains on the bottle.
Canonical Kitchen Bandits packs include a black oil-based paint marker. Remove the writing with isopropyl alcohol, let the surface dry, and expect that light cosmetic ghosting can remain.
Measure the outside bottle diameter before choosing a band. Capacity names are not fit specifications.
